The Café Marterie reopens in February

The Café Marterie will reopen its doors in February with Debbie and Laurent catering for your needs.

With a Diploma from the High Cookery School in Paris and passionate about cooking, Laurent learnt his art from the best Chefs such as Bernard Loiseau and Gerard Boyer, both with 3 michelin stars.

After many years in Britain as a Head chef, where he met Debbie his Scottish wife, Laurent hopes you will discover the delights of his cooking in the splendid and calm surroundings of La Marterie where the open fire awaits you in the winter and the terrace with a view of the green in the summer.

Laurent and Debbie will propose continental or an English breakfast in the morning and brunch into the afternoon. They will invite you to enjoy their "plat du jour" for lunch, have high tea in the afternoon and organise your dinner reservation with them.

The bar will be open all day where Debbie can serve some of the finest Scotch whiskies or French wines, and there will also be an excellent choice of fine teas from around the world specially selected.

The Golf de la Marterie wishes to warmly welcome Debbie and Laurent and hopes you will pass an enjoyable time with them at the clubhouse.
